Q. What's your photography style?
A. Over the years we have developed a style that is balanced with the contemporary likes of today, while bolstered by our enduring experience in the photographic craft. The combination of fast paced editorial photojournalism and the methodical yet creative fine art portraiture makes up our style of wedding photography. This is the love and care we pour into your journey to husband and wife, which is LoveJournal Photography.

Q. How soon should I book before my wedding day?
A. Our clients usually book us 6-12 months in advance. We suggest to contact us to book an appointment if you interesting work with us. We are always receiving new clients, and may not be able to accommodate you if you contact us too close to the date.

Q. Do you travel interstate or overseas?
A. Yes, we do. We travel all the way from Melbourne to The Yarra Valley, The Dandenong Ranges, Geelong, Mornington / Bellarine Peninsulas, and country weddings. We will go interstate beyond Victoria to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Alice Springs. It is not uncommon that couples have planned weddings in exotic locations internationally as far as Fiji, New Zealand and parts of South-East Asia.

Q. What outdoor portrait location(s) do you suggest?
A. We will first respect your suggestion of outdoor portrait locations. If you have no ideas on this, we will suggest a location closest to where you are. For some locations such as the Royal Botanic Garden and Melbourne university, entry fees may apply.

Q: What’s t he transportation on photography day?
A: We provide transportations during the photo shoot. Customers need to arrange own transportation to our studio and back to their hotel.

Q: How is the payment to be made? Is the price including GST.
A: This is 20% deposit to secure the date and service for you. The 80% balance is due on the photography day. All of our prices are GST included.

Q: Is there any hidden cost?
A: All of our packages listed the services and products included, there are no hidden or extra cost on the photography day. Customers need to provide their own meals and drinks during the photo shoot.

Q: What if the weather is not ideal for photo shoot?
A: We will contact you about 1 or 2 days before your photography day if the weather is not good. We will discuss with you to reschedule the photo day to the nearest date that we are both available.

Q: How long does it take to get the final products?
A: You will receive a link of your photos in 2-3 weeks after the photo shoot by email. It will take 2-3 weeks for fine editing the photos after photos are selected. After fine edited photos are proofed by you, the enlargements and album will take 4 weeks to be collected or shipped to you.

Q: Do you post album and enlargement to overseas?
A: Yes, we ship them to you free of charges. Digital photos will be provided via online drive.
