We make the entire photography experience simple and enjoyable. Here's exactly what to expect from start to finish.
Step 1: Inquiry

We will check our availability and recommend suitable packages based on your requirements.
Step 2: Booking
When you decide to proceed with your booking:
- We create your booking file
- You pay the 20% deposit to secure your date
- You confirm your photo date and package choice
Once the deposit is received, your date is officially confirmed.
Step 3: Photo Schedule
7-10 days before your scheduled photo shoot, we will send you:
- Detailed schedule of your photo shoot
- Location details and directions
- Preparation tips and checklist
- Information about gowns selection and makeup appointment
This gives you plenty of time to prepare and ask any questions.
Step 4: Photo Day
On the day of your photo shoot, here's what happens:
Studio Arrival
- Visit our studio for gowns selection
- Professional makeup service
- One-on-one personalized service
Photography Session
- Our experienced photographer guides you through poses
- We capture natural, beautiful moments
- Multiple outfit changes (as per your package)
- Visit to your chosen locations
For Groom - Preparation Tips
- Wash your hair on the morning of photo day
- Cut and clean nails
- Shave or style mustache
- Bring black/white socks
- Bring dark colour leather shoes, belt, and sunglasses
For Bride - Preparation Tips
- Get a manicure at a beauty salon 3 days before
- Shave hair off any exposed skin 3 days before
- Use a moisture mask the night before
- Wash your hair the night before photography day
- Bring nubra (adhesive bra)
- Bring white undergarments
- Bring light colour stilettos
- Bring runner (slippers) for comfort between shots

After your photo shoot, the editing process begins:
Proof Photos
Delivered within 3-5 days after your photo shoot.
These are initial edits for you to review and select your favorite images for fine editing.
Fine Edited Photos
Delivered within 25-30 days after your photo shoot.
Professional color correction, retouching, and artistic editing applied to your selected images.

Weather Contingency
Melbourne weather can be unpredictable. Here's how we handle it:
- If the forecasted weather for your day is not ideal, we will contact you 1-3 days before the photo shoot
- We will work with you to reschedule to the nearest available day
- We have backup indoor locations and studio options

How long does it take to get my photos?
Proof photos are delivered within 3-5 days after your photo shoot. Fine edited photos are delivered within 25-30 days. Album production takes 6-9 weeks from your selection.
What happens on photo day?
On your photo day, you will visit our studio for gowns selection and makeup. Our professional team will provide one-on-one service throughout the entire photo shoot.
What should I bring for the photo shoot?
Grooms should bring black/white socks, dark colour leather shoes, belt, and sunglasses. Brides should bring nubra, white undergarments, light colour stilettos, and runners. We will send a detailed checklist 7-10 days before your shoot.
What if it rains on our photo day?
We monitor weather forecasts closely. If conditions are not ideal, we will contact you 1-3 days before to reschedule to the nearest available day. We have indoor studio options as backup.
Can we change our photo date?
For pre-wedding photography, you can reschedule for free with at least 48 hours notice. For wedding photography, you can reschedule for free with at least 30 days notice.
How many photos will I receive?
We provide 60+ edited digital images per hour of coverage. The exact number depends on your package and the duration of the shoot.
